Free Errors & Refusals
If your request fails or exceeds limits, you are not charged. We only bill you for successful completions. This includes cases where the model refuses to answer due to content limits. Your prepaid balance remains intact until you use it. Errors do not reduce your available credit.
No Expiration Policy
Your prepaid credit never expires. You can top up once and use it over months or years. This eliminates the pressure to consume credits quickly. You can pause usage without losing funds. The only limit is the single active API key per account. You can generate a new key to replace an old one at any time.

How does the prepaid credit work?
You pay for tokens in advance using crypto. Your balance updates in real-time as you make requests. You can see your remaining credit in the dashboard. Credits are charged based on actual token usage.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Crypto only: USDT on TRC20 or USDC on Base, any whole amount from $20 to $500. Bonus credit applies from $50.
Can I get a refund?
Prepaid credit is not refunded because it never expires. If you experience a double charge, you can request a fix through the Support page. We resolve billing errors promptly.
